Fitting your filter

  1. Turn off the cold water supply.
  2. If you’re replacing an old filter, remove the tubing from both ends and discard the old filter. For a new fitting, cut the 1/4" tube square where the filter will sit.
  3. Line up the ‘flow’ arrow on the label with the direction the water flows.
  4. Push the tubing into the inlet until it stops (tube ends should be square and burr free), then push on the collet clip.
  5. Before connecting the outlet, turn the water on and flush the filter for 5 minutes into a bucket or bowl. Discard this water.
  6. Push the outlet tubing in until it stops, then push on the collet clip.
  7. Check the connections for leaks.
