We always aim to despatch any order on the day it's placed, however, where goods are are not in stock and a lead time greater than 2 days is expected, we will take measures to notify you of the expected delivery time.
You must inform us upon receipt if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number and postcode in all correspondence.
Any item signed for in good condition and that is later found to be broken, cannot be claimed as broken in transit. If you are in any doubts as to whether a product may have been damaged in transit, please ask the delivery person to wait whilst you inspect the item. If they are unable to wait, please refuse delivery and contact us to explain your concerns.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
