Clear Car by Aqua Quality: Spot-Free Rinse System

Say goodbye to water spots and hello to showroom shine!

You’ve spent ages washing your car until it gleams, and then it dries and those annoying limescale spots appear. Sound familiar? Clear Car is here to put a stop to that. Just connect it to your garden hose for the final rinse, and it removes the minerals in your tap water that cause spots. Your car dries to a sparkling, streak-free finish with no towels, chamois or elbow grease needed.

Why you’ll love Clear Car

  • Spot-free finish: Clear Car removes the minerals that leave limescale marks behind, so your paintwork, glass and trim dry beautifully clear.
  • Less drying, less effort: Let your car air dry without worrying about marks, saving you time and reducing the risk of swirl marks from towels.
  • Ready to go: The vessel arrives pre-loaded with resin, and the head comes pre-fitted. Just add the fittings, connect your hose and you’re ready to rinse.
  • Know exactly when to replace the resin: A handy TDS meter is included, so you can check your water quality at any time and know when it’s time for fresh resin.
  • Built to last: A tough woven fibreglass vessel with a wide, stable base and a comfy carry handle makes it easy to move around the driveway.
  • Not just for cars: It’s also great for motorbikes, caravans, vans and windows. Anything you want to rinse without spots!

How it works

Tap water contains dissolved minerals like calcium and magnesium. When water dries on your car, these minerals are left behind as those familiar white spots. Inside Clear Car are thousands of tiny resin beads that capture these minerals as the water flows through, so only pure, spot-free water reaches your car.

How long will the resin last?

Water is different all across the UK, so how long your resin lasts depends on how hard the water is where you live. In soft water areas, you could be enjoying sparkling washes for a good while. In harder water areas, which covers much of England, you’ll need to refresh your resin a little more often. Your TDS meter will tell you exactly when it’s time, and replacement resin comes with easy step-by-step instructions.

Top tips

  • Use Clear Car for the final rinse only, so less water passes through the resin and you get more washes from it.
  • Set your hose to a light mist and rinse gently. A slower flow gives the resin time to catch every last mineral.
  • Cold water only, please!
  • We don’t recommend using Clear Car with a pressure washer, as the flow is too fast for the resin to keep up.
  • Store indoors in a frost-free place over winter.
  • Clear Car water is made for your car, not for you, so please don’t drink it.
